  2. How much do you have to eat and how offen? I love beets but hubby hates them. Since I told him this he is willing to try them.

  3. They’re even better if they’re fermented: you get the addition of probiotics in addition to being high in folate which is not easy to find. So many benefits to eating beets, much more than the little I typed here.

  4. I love making my own food. I hate processed food. Found a wonderful recipe for Roasted beetroot ravioli with Creamy Cashew Sauce which will stay on my list of ‘good recipes’. Making it again this week within 2 weeks of my first time I cooked. I also make my own pasta dough for ravioli recipes like this.

  5. I had high blood pressure and didn’t want to take the meds the doctor prescribed because they harm the liver. I read on line that the beet juice reduces high blood pressure within 24 hours. Yes, I boiled the beets and drank the water and my blood pressure came down to normal.
